Jake Proffitt serves as Vice President of Client Solutions at CCT, where he leads client services and support, ensuring successful delivery of CCT’s products and long-term client success. With over 10 years of experience, he focuses on aligning CCT’s technology with real-world operations to drive measurable value for customers.
He began his career at CCT after being recruited out of college, drawn to a role that combined technical problem-solving with direct client engagement. That foundation continues to shape his approach today, with a focus on building solutions that work not just today, but as operations evolve over time.
Jake is particularly driven by integrating new technologies into existing environments in ways that scale, ensuring that innovation is practical, not disruptive to the teams using it every day.

Outside of work, he enjoys building furniture through woodworking, spending time outdoors at the lake or camping, and reading science fiction and historical nonfiction.
