Blake Doerr is a Partner at CCT, where he focuses on strategy and technology while working closely with the customer solutions team to improve how the company delivers at scale. With over 13 years of experience in software, he helps ensure CCT continues to evolve in ways that make teams faster and more effective.
Blake began his career as a software developer in energy trading systems before joining CCT in 2013, drawn to the opportunity to help build something new alongside the company’s leadership. That background continues to shape his approach, with a focus on connecting strategy to execution.
He is particularly driven by creating a unified data layer across casino operations and building products that help teams better use that data to make decisions.
Clients appreciate working with Blake for his ability to listen closely to their challenges and his strong drive to solve them.
Outside of work, he enjoys climbing and weight training with his daughters, hiking at Turkey Mountain, and playing guitar.
