Adam Fong serves as Chief Product Officer at CCT, where he leads the strategy and direction of the company’s products. With over 21 years of gaming industry experience, he focuses on turning real operational challenges into technology that helps casino teams work more efficiently.
Adam began his career with the Nevada Gaming Control Board, testing gaming machines before they reached casino floors. The experience gave him an early understanding of the industry from the regulatory side and sparked a career spent helping operators solve complex problems.
Clients appreciate working with Adam because he approaches their challenges as if they were his own. He brings that same perspective to product leadership, listening closely to operators and looking for practical ways technology can make their work better.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys exploring new places with his wife and daughter, collecting rocks and gemstones they discover along the way, barbecuing at home, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.
