Connect 2026: Built for What’s Next

Connect 2026 is CCT’s annual user conference, built for operators who want practical insight into where casino operations are headed and how to get more value from the tools they already use.

The conference takes place May 5–7 at Gila River Casinos at Wild Horse Pass and brings together CCT customers, partners, and team members for focused conversations, product walkthroughs, and hands-on support.

This year’s agenda centers on two things: what’s coming next across the CCT platform and how teams can apply those capabilities in real-world operations. Attendees will hear directly from CCT leadership about the product roadmap and spend time with the people building and supporting the software.

A defining part of the conference is the Connect Bars. CCT managers and directors are on site throughout the event, available for one-on-one conversations and practical guidance tailored to each organization’s workflows and priorities.

These live, on-site stations are staffed by CCT experts and equipped with monitors, giving attendees a place to ask questions, walk through workflows, and see features in action. Whether you’re looking for clarity on something you already use or want a closer look at capabilities you haven’t explored, Connect Bars can give you answers in real time.

Connect 2026 will also introduce new capabilities across the platform, including Insight Intelligence, CCT’s predictive layer built to support more informed operational decisions. Live demonstrations will highlight how Insight Cash and Insight Analytics work together across cage, vault, audit, and finance teams.
