That’s the standard we’re carrying into 2026 — and it shapes every decision we make.
We started CCT in 2012 to tackle a problem we knew firsthand. Too many critical decisions
inside casino operations were being made in spreadsheets, with limited visibility and heavy
manual work behind the scenes. We didn’t approach it like outsiders. We noticed how much
effort it took to do the job well and focused on easing that burden without disrupting the
operation.
What began as a focused solution has grown into a platform supporting 350+ casinos. But with
that growth comes responsibility. We believe our job as partners is to scale thoughtfully, without
losing the care and discipline that earned trust in the first place.
Looking ahead, three priorities are shaping what’s next.
– First, enterprise scale. We’re expanding further into multi-property operators and building
software that connects data across entire portfolios so leaders can see what’s really happening
across their operations.
– Second, international growth, approached with intention. Through partnerships and careful
product preparation, we’re extending CCT into new markets while staying true to the approach
that has earned trust from day one.
– Third, modernization that actually matters. Moving to a cloud foundation allows us to deliver
analytics and AI capabilities that fit naturally into daily workflows and help operators make
clearer, more confident decisions.
None of this works without trust. That’s why we’re investing early in client success, our people,
and long-term relationships.
