This week, Resorts World New York City officially became the first casino in New York City’s 400-year history to offer live table games, marking a major milestone for the property and for gaming operations across the region.
Located next to Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens, the expanded casino now features more than 240 live table games, including blackjack, craps, baccarat, and roulette, alongside more than 2,500 slot machines. The launch added more than 1,200 new jobs—including 950 new table-game dealer roles—with total employment expected to exceed 2,700 by summer.
CCT was proud to support the operational launch of this expansion, continuing its longstanding partnership with Resorts World and its role in helping operators execute high-stakes openings with precision and confidence.
For CCT, openings like this reflect the standard the company has built its reputation on. We are the team operators trust when execution has to be exact. In highly regulated environments, success depends on precision, speed, and the ability to solve problems before they become disruptions. That is where CCT works best.
“Our partnership with Resorts World spans many years, so seeing New York City open its first commercial casino with live table games in more than 400 years feels like a true milestone and one we’re proud to be part of,” said Wanor Franca, Partner, Growth & Strategic Revenue at CCT. “As CCT continues to grow, we’re committed to deepening our relationship with Genting and excited about what’s ahead as we support their properties across Asia.”
Our team was on the ground helping make it happen by supporting operations, solving problems, and ensuring teams had the systems and visibility needed to move quickly and confidently from day one.
CCT has now supported the opening of every Resorts World casino in North America. That level of trust is built one property, one partnership, and one successful opening at a time.
It reflects what customers across the industry continue to say: CCT is more than software. We are the operational partner behind the scenes—helping casinos replace manual processes, reduce friction, and create the kind of visibility teams can actually run on.
As one customer put it, “There is no other software that does what Casino Cash Trac does.”
Historic milestones like this are built through trust between operators, partners, and the teams responsible for making every detail work under pressure.
From first openings to long-term operations, CCT continues to support the casinos that need their systems to hold up when it matters most. That responsibility is earned, and we intend to keep earning it.
